Crider Farms has been involved in raising livestock for several generations. We take pride in raising quality livestock. We currently run Angus cattle and crossbred cattle.
The Angus Cattle herd was born out of Jason’s 4-H years and over time has become another facet of the farm. Our herd is small in number, but large in quality, with only select genetics being used. We use many of the top genetics within the Angus Breed. Call for inquiries on available calves for 2016 and 2017.
Similar to Jason, the flock of sheep developed out of Chris’ 4-H years and has stayed as another contributing entity of the farm. We have had many different breeds of sheep at Crider Farms, but seem to have always gravitated back to the Columbia. Our sheep are bred to compete in the ring as well as in the pasture. Our genetic base includes Smith, Broken Dollar, Forest Grove, Julius, and others. Lambs are currently available for sale.
